About this project:
This design was a design class assignment that was supposed to be a portfolio for a photographer. This fictitious photographer wanted a website that made it easy for museums and magazines to find her leading statements that she would like them to use in articles or showings, hence the bolded text in the introduction section of the website. Like any client, she also wanted it to reflect her vision and capture the essence of her work, which in this case was bold, passionate, and people driven.
In my vision for the website, the pictures beneath the image of the woman jumping on stage were clickable, and if clicked, would replace the image of the woman on the stage. This way, gallery images could be easily added and viewed, and the grid could go on as long as there were new images to add in them. Of course, the grid could also initially only display 6 images, and then have a “View More” button underneath it that would add more images to show.
